Corus Quay

Keeping the sugar on the beach and off the granite.

Opened in 2010, Corus Quay became the anchor development and catalyst for the revitalization of Toronto’s Eastern Bayfront area. The building was designed by world-renowned architects and has received wide recognition for its advanced design - including two Arido Awards of Excellence. Corus Quay’s 500,000 square foot office and Broadcast Centre is currently owned by H&R Reit and is the corporate headquarters for Corus Entertainment.

Villa Park Restoration has been trusted to service Corus Quay from the building’s very beginning. Being adjacent to the popular Sugar Beach and Redpath Refinery means the exterior is constantly enveloped by a fine mist of sugar which demands our specialized technique. Our partnership with H&R Reit ensures that all the granite surrounding both the interior and exterior of the building continues to look as good as the day it was installed.
